It was fairly clean, and the people were nice and understanding. The room was clean and also had a bathtub. The bed was soft and there were a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. I spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed that.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

It has spotless and huge rooms with the bedroom as well as a king size bed to feel comfortable. The staff are efficient people. The location is good and the food is great.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel offers great location close to Dayton, Ohio, and restaurants and the Dayton airport. It's at a medium distance from Subway, spent evening there.

Well-maintained hotel, spotless and outstanding rooms. Quick check-in, late check-out, incredibly nice staff. Easy to get to, great location just next door to restaurants, and a baseball tournament. Also, in the greatest part of town.

Can't recommend it highly enough this place and will be back. It was fairly clean, staff was excellent. Really enjoyed huge room, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favourable - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was good and unbeatable and close to places we visited. Every staff member was very attentive and excellent co-operating.

There was nothing I didn't like!

As business travelers, we were impressed by the remodeled rooms with new carpet and comfortable beds. The refrigerator in the room was also a plus. The breakfast provided was the best we've ever had at any hotel, with a great variety of fresh and hot food options. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel even offered a discount for the lack of a television, which was not an issue for us.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, and great service! Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a friendly and accommodating front desk. The breakfast is a highlight, with a hot and delicious spread of selections to choose from. The breakfast room is also cozy with comfortable seating. But the best part of the stay was the staff, particularly Rosie. She treats guests like family and goes above and beyond to make your breakfast extra special. She's genuinely friendly, happy, and helpful, making her a standout among the staff. a great place to stay with top-notch service!

The service at Holiday Inn Express was above and beyond during our recent stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute addition of a crib for our baby grandson and even arranged for him during breakfast the next morning. The friendly and attentive staff made our grandson feel special, making our stay enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need to adjust the sink stopper and tighten the toilet seat, these were easily manageable. The lack of a bottled water offer and initial absence of hand soap were quickly resolved upon request.

Location: the hotel was very close to a baseball tournament, Dayton, Ohio, and Tipp City, OH. The service was DECENT, we had a delicious and outstanding breakfast.
